Great Western Valkyrie, the latest album from Long Beach, California's RIVAL SONS, has been rated as the number 1 album of 2014 by Classic Rock magazine.
Adding yet another accolade to an already-impressive list of achievements for the year, RIVAL SONS beat the likes of ROBERT PLANT, AC/DC, BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, THE BLACK KEYS and many more to claim the top spot in the esteemed magazine's Top 50 Albums of the Year.

The honour follows the band's recent performance at the star-studded Classic Rock awards in LA last month, alongside TV appearances on both the Late Show with David Letterman in the USA and Later... with Jools Holland in the UK, reaching millions of households on both sides of the Atlantic in the process.
